  •     Comparisons

   People are obssesed of doing comparison with others achievements, their financial state, good house or car, their travel pics on social media.
     Most of the fellows compared their intelligence or IQ with others and when they realized that they are not on the same or above that mind level , they get depressed about their intelligence without knowing that their thinking is more important than their IQ. 


  •    Overthinking

   You sleep at night and wake up with a new energy which is essential to work but here comes an energy waster called overthinking. Overthinking makes loss your all energies, wastes your time and makes you worried about the things which doesn't exist that much to worry about it.
