Toilet hygiene is one the biggest problem for Public palces like airports, railway stations, bus stand, offices, restaurants, etc. Authorities have been finding solution. Several urinal making companies trying to design a urinal bowl that reduces spillage but nothing works that much effectively.
The manager of Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam got the solution. Aiming to particular object is the normal tendency of mens. If they found a little paper piece or pebble in urine bowl they will aim their urine on it. The behaviour of men were used by authorities of Schiphol Airport to reduce spillage out of the urinals.

As we discussed above aiming to the particular object in urinal bowl by their urine is common tendency of mens. Authorities introduced the urinal bowls where a little fake fly designed on it. That was looking like a real fly. When men found a fly in the urinal bowl they used to target the fly by their urine.
This idea reduces the spillage of urine by 80%. Richard Thaler, the founder of this idea and the author of book Nudge got Nobel prize.
